CrossFit On-Ramp (Fundamentals)

Your CrossFit journey starts with our On-Ramp (Fundamentals) Course — a one-on-one program designed to help you move with confidence before joining our regular classes.

Not ready for On-Ramp?

No problem — you can still start with our Group Classes. We'll be honest: the workouts might feel challenging at first, and you may need a little extra time to learn the movements. But that's totally fine. Our coaches are here to guide you, scale each workout to your level, and make sure you move safely while still getting a great training experience.

Our coaching team is led by a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, also certified in CrossFit Kids, Gymnastics, and Weightlifting, plus Chinese Taipei Level C certifications in Boxing and Gymnastics.

We're dedicated to helping every athlete — from beginner to advanced — move safely, train smart, and reach their goals through consistent practice and supportive coaching.
